Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Non-delivery – If your order has not been delivered within 8 days of the estimated delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Damaged or broken items – If your item arrives damaged or broken, you can choose a refund or replacement.
3. Not as described – If the item you receive does not match the description, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team with your order details.
2. Package the item securely for return.
3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked service.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Please keep proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
